Freight Manifest Transmitted Your order has been booked with StarTrack. Your order will be picked up from the Optus Warehouse.
Arrived at StarTrack Location for processing Your order has been collected from the Optus Warehouse and has arrived at a StarTrack processing facility. Your order will be delivered to StarTrack’s distribution centre in your capital city.
In Transit Your order is being transported to StarTrack’s distribution centre in your capital city Your order will on boarded to local driver
Onboard with driver for delivery Your order has arrived at StarTrack’s distribution centre in your capital city and is onboard for delivery today. Your order will be delivered to your nominated delivery address
Receiver not available Attempted Delivery Advice No 02005154 The authorised signatory for your order was not available. An ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card was left at the receiver address with instructions on what to do next. If you have the ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card, please follow the instructions to collect the freight. If you do not have the card with you, track your delivery again here, and within a few hours of the initial Attempted Delivery, the Post Office at which the freight is ready for collection will be shown.

Returned to StarTrack Location The delivery was unsuccessful today, and has been returned to the local StarTrack facility. The returned freight will be processed at the facility within a few hours, and an additional status update will be provided. If an ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card has been left at the delivery address, please follow the instructions to collect the freight.
Held at StarTrack Location - Ready for Collection Regional Areas only. The authorised signatory for your order was not available, and StarTrack have left the freight ready for collection at the local StarTrack facility, as advised on the ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card. Your order will remain at the local StarTrack facility for a maximum of 10 business days. Please note: any orders not collected within 10 business days will be returned to Optus.
Consignment being returned to Sender There was a problem with the delivery of your order. Your order is on its way back to Optus. Your order is being returned to Optus. Please contact Optus for more information.
Held at StarTrack Location - Receiver's address not valid The delivery address details supplied with your order are either invalid or incorrect. The order is On Hold. Please contact Optus to make arrangements for re-delivery. Your order will be returned to Optus. Please contact Optus to confirm your correct delivery address details. Please note: An attempted delivery deemed as "Incorrect Address" is automatically returned to Optus as we are unable to make changes to any details once the order has dispatched from the Optus Warehouse
