How to use this site?

This Site is to track your order from when it has left the Optus warehouse.

On the Track Your Delivery page simply enter your Optus Order Number in the search box and click Submit.

Where can I find my Optus Order Number?

Your Optus order number will be provided to you at the completion of your order either online, in My Account, by order confirmation email or by the Telesales representative.

My Order still cannot be found when I search with my Optus Order Number?

Note: OPTUS will send you an SMS or Email when your order has left the warehouse. If you still require assistance, please contact Optus on 1300 300 562 between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday, or 9am - 5pm on Saturday.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?

Use the "Transit Times" tab. Enter your delivery postcode and we will provide you with an approximate transit time after your order has left the Optus warehouse.

Why can’t we find your Optus order?

We can only track orders once they’ve left the Optus warehouse, so if you order is less than 24 hours old you may need to wait some more time and try again later.
